As a pediatrician and sleep doctor, I know too well that our world is sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation leads to burnout, unintended emotional outbursts and could lead to behavior that may put ourselves and those around us at risk.

Our coaching is personalized, conveniently offered as tele-health and focuses on building positive behaviors and associations with sleep.

Prolonged sleep deprivation can start to be serious. It can cause:

– Cognitive & Academic Issues including poor concentration, memory lapses, and reduced ability to learn, which can result in poor school performance.
Behavioral Problems including increased risk of impulsivity, emotional instability, irritability, and hyperactivity.
Mental Health Struggles including higher susceptibility to stress, anxiety, and depression.
– Physical Health Risks such as a weakened immune system (more frequent illnesses), increased risk of obesity due to hormonal imbalances, and potential for developmental issues.
– Physical Symptoms such as headaches, nausea, or feeling sluggish.
– Safety Risks like increased likelihood of accidents and injuries, especially in adolescents.
