Sleep Dreams Coaching was founded by Dr. Mary Halsey Maddox.
Double board certified in both pediatrics and sleep medicine, Dr. Maddox brings a unique depth of expertise to families struggling with sleep challenges. Her work in UAB’s specialty clinics – including Spina Bifida, Craniofacial, and Cleft Palate – opened her eyes to an under-recognized truth: sleep is often overlooked in children with chronic illness, yet it’s crucial for their health and development.
